Goose, it's time to buzz the tower . . .

I realized today that I actually have a fourth child.  He’s 6’2” and 43 years old and our trifecta calls him “daddy”.
As I mentioned a couple days ago, my husband purchased a remote control helicopter.  What I didn’t know was that I was going to need to up our insurance (homeowners, medical, all of it) as a result of this purchase.
Here’s what happens when you leave your husband unattended in the aisles of Costco when they have new toys:
1)      Aside from the persistent buzzing in your ear from the helicopter, you will hear screeching little girls running from the helicopter.  You will also hear “oh crap”  multiple times as your husband runs that helicopter into your walls.  Does he think he still lives in his parents’ house and that they’re going to pay for that?!

2)      Your husband will use you as his “props” – hence the “Goose, it’s time to buzz the tower”.  I was the tower!

3)      Your husband will catch the remote control bug and will look for hours in the garage for his remote control car.  He will then chase your children with the remote control car and run it into all of the baseboards of your house!  Oh, and the children will also run themselves into each other.  It's all fun and games until the baby gets smacked in the face.  Seriously grateful for girls right now . . . won’t be in about 4 years when our oldest is a teenager, but for now, I’m good.

Speaking of grateful . . . hug your little angels while you watch the story and listen to the song at the link below.  I’m so thankful for my healthy, beautiful babies and my heart is aching for Sophie’s parents.
